A page is ready for publication only when:

  • its purpose and intended collection are clear,
  • its central claims are supported by appropriate sources,
  • quotations, dates, names, and links have been checked,
  • uncertainty and important exclusions are visible,
  • central evidence, reasoning, equations, conclusions, and uncertainty have not been displaced into an appendix,
  • any appendix has been checked to the same source and review standard as the main text,
  • connections to relevant Briefings, Reviews, or Concepts are useful rather than decorative, and
  • a human has reviewed and explicitly approved the final public version.

See Operations and publishing for the full operating model.
