A page is ready for publication only when:
- its purpose and intended collection are clear,
- its central claims are supported by appropriate sources,
- quotations, dates, names, and links have been checked,
- uncertainty and important exclusions are visible,
- central evidence, reasoning, equations, conclusions, and uncertainty have not been displaced into an appendix,
- any appendix has been checked to the same source and review standard as the main text,
- connections to relevant Briefings, Reviews, or Concepts are useful rather than decorative, and
- a human has reviewed and explicitly approved the final public version.
