Published pages may be revised when sources change, a clearer explanation becomes available, or an error is found. A revision should preserve the distinction between:
- correcting a factual or citation error,
- clarifying an existing explanation, and
- adding genuinely new findings.
The precise public correction-log format has not yet been decided.
Updates may announce a reader-visible revision, but it does not replace the page-level correction record that a substantive factual correction may require.
